Waterwall is a commissioned wall-piece for Storebrand Insurance Company in Oslo, Norway, completed in 1999. The offices are on the waterfront downtown Oslo, and the piece runs the length of an underground walkway. Based on a snapshot of the view in front of the building, the reflections in the water are separated out, cut out as individual pieces of aluminum, and pieced back together onto the concrete wall, over a band of layered hues of green.

The Sites category includes projects which have made use of the specific location or situation where the work was shown, as subject matter or frame of reference. Rather than a classic Site Specificity, this is an associative and often metaphorical approach to site as content.
